IN YIWU
1) Meet at airport and transfer to hotel.
YIWU - no charge
Hangzhou - $50 us(one-way)
Shanghai - $150 us(one-way)
2) Escort to all shops and factories as per arrangements.
3) Do translation and negotiate with suppliers on your behalf as per your request.
4) Book orders - take photos of products, note specs, color,material, qty, price,
packaging and timeframe for delivery,
5) Confirm all orders with you and place with suppliers with full details.
6) Arrange sightseeing tours as per request.
7) Return to airport.
POST ORDER
1) Follow production process to ensure compliance with specs and time frame
and notify you regularly.
2) Make payments to suppliers as per agreements
3) Make shipping arrangements on your behalf.
4) Collect orders, check qty and quality and other details to ensure consistency with order.
5) Load container with special attention to handling and maximization of space.
6) Prepare all documents for Chinese customs and home country.
7) Deliver container to port or shipping company.
8) Foward all documents together with B/L to your home address by express.
FOLLOW-UP
1) Contact you to confirm receipt of documents
2) Contact you when the container has arrived to get your feedback.
3) Provide you periodically with info re new products that may be of interest
to you.
4) Attend urgently to any specific request that you have re products.
