Our philosophy is to build quality into product from the very beginning. We focus on three stages: Development, Production and Final Inspection.
QC in Development
We assist both client and supplier in developing and sampling. We support manufacturers to find qualified low-cost materials so as to cut down product cost. With our professional knowledge we will assist manufacturers to build quality into product at the beginning of development. We can also assist factory for the necessary lab test / certification if required.
QC in Production
Pre-production meetings are arranged with manufacturers so that factory production management and New Day Inspector can study the approve samples and to confirm that production will go smoothly. Mass production items must achieve the same or higher quality than approved samples. New Day will polish the quality standard for both factory and NEW DAY to follow. The pre-production meeting shall be held after sample approved and before mass production. |
